Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Seller," "Creator," or "you") and PixEarn ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of PixEarn Store (store.pixearn.com). By activating a seller account, listing a product, or accepting a sale, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To sell on PixEarn Store you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Hold an active PixEarn account in good standing with a completed profile.
• Have at least 2 quality public posts published on PixEarn.
• Have no active policy violations on your PixEarn account.
• Have a verified payout account (Indian bank account or PayPal).

We reserve the right to review and deny any seller application at our sole discretion.

2. Plans and Platform Fees

PixEarn Store offers two plan tiers. Your platform fee is deducted from each sale before payout:

Founding Creator Benefit: The first 1,000 sellers who subscribe to the Growth plan receive 0% platform fees for the lifetime of their account.

All prices are in USD. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly (with a discount) through DodoPayments. Plan fees are in addition to Razorpay's standard payment processing fees, which are deducted before we receive funds.

3. Your Products

3.1 What You Can Sell

You may list original digital products including: digital art files, photography presets, templates, design assets, e-books, courses, and similar downloadable content.

3.2 Pricing

Products must be priced between $0.50 and $499.00 USD. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.

3.3 NSFW Content

Adult or NSFW content is permitted only on the Growth plan. You must enable the NSFW flag on your product and complete manual ID verification. All NSFW content must comply with our Content Policy. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.4 Accuracy

All product listings must be accurate and not misleading. Preview images, descriptions, and file contents must match. We may remove listings that do not comply without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to sell all content in your listings.
• Your products do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Buyers receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for its stated purpose only.

We do not claim ownership of your products. You grant us a limited licence to display, promote, and deliver your products to buyers through the platform.

5. Payment Processing and Payouts

5.1 Payment Processor

Buyer payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay settles funds in INR to our account. You agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service.

5.2 Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed every Friday, subject to the minimum thresholds below:

• Indian creators (bank transfer): ₹4,000 minimum. Paid in INR directly to your bank account via Razorpay. One currency conversion may apply if a buyer pays in a foreign currency.
• International creators (PayPal): $50 minimum. Paid in USD to your PayPal account. Two currency conversions apply: buyer payment → INR (Razorpay) → USD (PixEarn). Exchange rates are determined at the time of conversion.

5.3 Payout Account

You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payout details. We are not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect information you provide. Bank account numbers are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption and never exposed to unauthorised parties.

5.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes on your earnings. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Our standard policy is no refundson digital products once delivered, except where required by applicable law. If a buyer raises a dispute through their payment provider, Razorpay's dispute process applies. We may disable your store during an active dispute investigation and will re-enable it upon resolution in your favour.

7. Prohibited Activity

You may not:

• List products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Sell content that is illegal in India or the buyer's jurisdiction.
• Use the platform to process fraudulent transactions.
• Attempt to circumvent our fee structure or payment systems.
• Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code in digital files.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your seller account, forfeiture of pending payouts, and/or legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your seller account at any time for:

• Breach of this Agreement or our Content Policy.
• Repeated chargebacks or unresolved disputes.
• Activity that we determine poses a risk to buyers or the platform.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to seller features. Any pending payouts that meet the minimum threshold will be processed on the next Friday cycle; pending amounts below the threshold are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixEarn is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party services.

Our total liability to you for any claim under this Agreement is limited to the amount of platform fees we collected from your sales in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
